When OL4B direct Rotator Customers to us, we need to deal with any queries.
If the customer has an issue that requires a full replacement we will offer them a Radius as an exchange.
If the customer is not happy with this, we will collect the item from the customer directly. Raise a credit for OL4B when back with us and pass the customers details to Jody from the OL4B Team.
