Understanding your warranty
To activate your warranty, please make sure you have registered your product online and keep hold of your proof of purchase in case you need to make a claim. If you register within 28 days of receiving your items, we will extend your standard warranty to four years from the date of purchase, at no extra cost.
- If you have any problems with your Ickle Bubba products, and they are still under warranty, we will provide a four-step aftercare service within five working days.
- If the item was purchased directly from us, we will manage the warranty claim directly with you. However, if the item was purchased through one of our resellers, you will need to contact them to explain the issue. The retailer will then liaise with us on your behalf.
- We are more than happy to fulfil our warranty commitments, and we even offer a repair service, if needed.
- The extended warranty does not cover fabrics and wheels, as these are only covered by the standard warranty. It also excludes nursery bedding, brake bars and décor.
Please note: the warranty applies in the country of purchase only. It is non-transferable, so will only apply to the first owner. Our four year warranty is not available on our nursery bedding and interiors ranges, however if you have a problem with your nursery items, they can be returned at any point within 90 days, along with proof of purchase.
