For faults that are outside the warranty window we would not be able to replace free of charge. Below is a table of the warranty time frames:
From our warranty system, the email we have for you is not registered for the extended warranty with us. This would mean that the standard warranty would be applied to the travel system. For all warranty claims we would need your proof of purchase and some details for the order. 

We would be able to offer a discount price that you can purchase the parts needed, this can be set up via email invoice.
