If your furniture has arrived damaged please contact the customer care team: contact@icklebubba.com

In your email please include the following information: 

  • an image of your proof of purchase,
  • an image or short video of the problem you are having (under 20mbs)
  • your current address and contact number

Please also check the assembly guide and let us know the part number that you need replacing.  

Please be as specific as possible for us to get this resolved as quickly as possible for you.
