On the rare occasion deliveries may take slightly longer depending peak periods and high demand with our couriers and can sometimes take up to 5 days.
For Travel systems, Car seats and Strollers you will receive and email/text from our courier DPD advising the items have been collected from our warehouse and the next day they will advise of a one hour delivery slot. Should this time not be suitable, you will have the option to amend the date direct with the courier.
For Nursery furniture and interiors we use a number of couriers, Fedex, Hermes, Panther and DPD who all have different delivery lead times which they will communicate with you direct.
