Its important we capture these correctly in Fresh Desk to identify any process gaps and provide developmental feedback if required.
Below are the main questions you have to ask yourself before making that decision, if in doubt, tag the ticket as potential mis pick and check with Senior CCM.
Did the customer receive what they were expecting?
If No, was this as a result of a picking error from either our in-house or 3rd party warehouses?
If Yes, mark as potential mis pick and change to mis pick once you have received the visual evidence from the customer.
