From 27th October 2021, close every FD ticket with the most appropriate tag and send a review prompt for every positive and BAU resolved FD ticket

mispick- when the customer has reported that they have been sent the incorrect item due to a warehouse error

reviewrequest- when we have sent the customer a request to review our service 

raisedinvoice- when we have raised an invoice on behalf of the customer, therefore resulting into sales for the C/S department

Aldifabric- when a customer has reported issues with their fabric that can only be replaced by sending Stomp V3 parts

DPDets- when a customer is chasing an order coming from ETS warehouse in Germany 

Incidentreport- when we have sent the customer an incident report after an accident/near miss with one of our products
