We would love for all our customers to never have an issue with their products, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. this can be done either by returning the item yourself or we can organise collection on your behalf with a collection fee deducted from your refund amount. The amount is depending on the item and this will be communicated to you whilst booking the collection on your behalf.
To qualify for a refund, the item(s) must be in their original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories and be unused. We recommend you obtain a proof of delivery and adequately insure the goods if organising the return yourself.
If you have received your item and you would like to exchange for another colour or model, this may incur an additional charge.
