As with many suppliers around the world, we are also experiencing some challenges with international shipping delays.  Most often these delays are resolved within two weeks of the original delivery date, however, if your order is impacted for more than 14 days after your delivery date, we will contact you with an update.  


How to check your order date.  After you have made your purchase you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. Sometimes this lands in your junk mail, so please check there to speed things up for you. It will be titled 'Your Ickle Bubba Order' if you prefer to search your emails. 


An estimate of the time taken or date will be shown at the bottom of the email.



Closer to the expected date you will receive a text message to let you know it is being processed at our warehouse and on the day of delivery you will receive notification from one of our couriers with details of the delivery.   If there has been a unexpected delay such as shipping issues, we will make every attempt to update you of any changes.


Also, you can check whether our products are in stock on our website at the time of purchase (this may vary after purchase).  If in stock, usually delivery will be next day for travel products and 3 to 10 working days for Furniture.  If currently not in stock then an expected delivery date will be shown by clicking more info.
